Ordering Instructions:

New Domains:

NOTE - Use our search tool to see if the domain you wish to register is available to you before you order.

REGISTERING AND PARKING A NEW DOMAIN:

[ you can simply park it with us, until you wish to use it.  There is no charge for parking your domain.]

REGISTERING AND HOSTING A NEW DOMAIN

• Select your hosting package for the domain you wish us to host for you and click the Order Now button.
   

• Next screen is for Product Configuration and the radio button on the 1st option should be selected already [by default].  If it isn't click on the button.
   

• Enter the name of the domain you wish us to register for you [remember to do a search first to make sure it's available], then select the extension [eg., .com, .org, .net, etc]
   

• Click the "Check Availability Button"
   

• If available, select the "Checkbox" next to "Available! Order Now" so that it contains a check mark, and follow the rest of the ordering process.

That is it.  We will contact you when your account is set up, including your temporary access to your account. Once the IP address propagates [within 24 to 72 hours] your site will then be live.

Existing Domains:

For EXISTING Domains - just follow this process..

• Select your hosting package for the domain you wish us to host for you and click the Order Now button. [Even if it's hosted elsewhere at the moment, it is easy to transfer it].
   

• Next screen is for Product Configuration - If you already have your domain, select the 3rd option by selecting the radio button.
   

• Then, enter the name of the domain you wish us to host.
   

• Click the "Check Availability Button"
   

• Follow the prompts to complete your ordering process. 
   

• Once your account has been set up, you will be sent your account login and temporary settings, as well as instructions for having your current Hosting Provider change the DNS settings to ours, or if you have the access, change them yourself.

That is it.  We will contact you when your account is set up, including your temporary access to your account. 

Once the DNS setting have been changed [via your current hosting provider], and it propagates over the Internet, your site will then be live. [within 24 to 72 hours].

Transferring Domains:

If you wish to transfer your domain to us, you will likely require an EEP code from your current registrar [via your current hosting service]. 

• Contact or email your current hosting company where your domain resides.
   

• Inform them you require the pass code to transfer your domain to another registrar.
   

• Inform them that you would also like the domain unlocked [so the transfer can take place]
   

• Send us this code so we can initiate the transfer, along with the name of your domain, as well as your account number.
   

• You will also likely receive a confirmation email from your old registrar prior to the event taking place.
   

• This process may take from 24 to 72 hours to propogate through the Internet.

The Transfer Fee includes an additional year on your domain.
