Cpanel [Control Panel] is a first rate management script, and the place you go to manage your site, up to and including uploading pages and images from your computer to the server. Depending upon the account you purchased, you will see many features available to you to customize and manage your account, such as email management, the ability to upload pages and images to your public_html folder, webmail, or using a remote email client, anti-spam, and much more. Through Cpanel, you can also quickly see how much bandwith you are using and the amount of space left in your accout. Another great feature is AWStats that give you daily traffic analysis, and shows where your traffic is coming from and what keyword or phrases they are using to find you. If your domain still hasn't been propagated on the Internet yet, you can log into your Cpanel by going to http://74.52.28.50/~[your-user-name]/cpanel and enter your username and password. Once your domain becomes active, then you will only need to use http://www.[yourdomain]/cpanel
