After you open your account with us, you will need to change your DNS settings. We can't do this for you, but it is a simple process. Your current hosting company can provide you with the log in details you will need to do this, and changing the DNS settings is easy, but you need to make sure you do it right first time. Once you log in to your old account, you will need to change the DNS settings from your current host to ours. Your previous hosting company can do this for you also if you wish. Locate the following: dns1:[oldhost].com
dns2:[oldhost].com Change these to.... ns1:cramerhosting.com
ns2:cramerhosting.com Once this is done, it should take from a few minutes to up to 24 hours to propagate. In the meantime, you can still log in and manage your account by going to http://74.52.28.50/~[your-user-name]/cpanel, and logging in with the username and password you were assigned when you enrolled.
